If we had no religion, and we do have the same color, do you think we all be getting along?

Just wondering, do u think if we had no religion and we all do have same color, there will be no discrimination at all? We all gonna be equal and people would get with each other well? or it would just make the world more chaotic, knowing people don't have any religion at all. Just tell your opinion guys! Thanks
