OK...so I got my teeth pulled...all of em! But there is this little bone(?) sticking out...should I go back in?

Yeah, so got em all pulled....they are healing pretty good, all except I cant get my Bottom Dentures in because of this really sore bump that sticks out. I felt around with my finger, and I can actually feel something hard. I dont know if it is part of my tooth, that is still left in, and that it will work its way out naturally....OR if it is actually part of my Jawbone. It feels really solid...like its connected to the Jawbone, but maybe it just FEELS that way....I dont know? What do you guys think it is, and also do you think I should get it checked out, or do you think it will clear up on its own. Its not in constant pain...only when I touch it, or try to put my bottom dentures in.
