Please entice me into religion!?

Tell me what is there in heaven that is worth of accepting religion? Apart from "God's Love"(which sounds way too much for me to handle), what else is there that is interesting! By interesting I mean "Really really interesting". I hate the idea of "hugs and kiss and pats always,". It makes me feel like a pet dog! I want to be interested in religion but it fails me each and every time I tries to like it!
