DO i have appendicitis?

I have slight pressure in my lower right part of my stomach and sometimes it feels like a 1-3 out of 10 pain. I am pretty scared about this, please only serious answers. I also feel kinda sick but I think thats just all in my head from reading stuff online about it. Im also a 16yr old guy, Im just using someones elses yahoo if that matters. thank you;
