Are they going to print ALL that money?

No. They are NOT going to print all that money. MOST will exist simply as electronic entries in the banking computers. SOME will be printed and physically distributed to Federal Reserve Banks. And YES, adding that much money to the money supply in circulation WILL devalue the dollar somewhat. How much the dollar inflates as a result is up for debate. DEPLETE is the wrong word. The major malfunction here is the ets purchased with these funds and determining the actual value. NO ONE is being held accountable for the money already spent and apparently there are no urances of accountability in the pending legislation either. I have NO faith that Congress even knows anything about what they are doing. They seem to be using the shotgun effect, hoping that something that they do will work...
