Trans man question!!!!!!?

My friends say that once they started T and exercised their shrank. In order to actually get rid of them they both went to different surgeons and paid about $9,000 per person to get top surgery. They both tan and walk around without shirts now, just like any guy does. They had decided that reduction was not worth it doing it in two steps turned out to be too expensive.
