Can LPN's in Burn Wards?

Personally, I have only seen RN in an ICU. I don't know about burn wards. This ticks me off too because I know some LPNs that could run rings around some RN's. I was an LPN before I got my degree as an RN and I know how they discriminate against an LPN. LPN's can do just about everything that I can now. Years ago it was different. I have been a nurse for 30 + yrs and I've seen a lot. I hope you get that position. I hope they've changed the way they look at LPN's I am retired now and have not worked since last year so I couldn't tell you if it's changed. Good luck. Keep trying, you'll get a good position.
