Where are good, cheap places to stay in Boston near the House of Blues?

I'm going on a trip with some buddies to Boston for New Year's to see moe play at the House of Blues. We're going to arrive in Boston December 30th and leave January 1st, so we need a hotel or something to crash at for two nights. Anyone know a decently-priced place not too far from the House of Blues? Anything within walking distance preferably, I've never been to Boston so I figured I'd ask here. Thanks in advance.
