What can i do my twins are colic and eat every two hours?

They are now two months old (9 weeks) they are so fussy all day and they eat every two hours on the dot! They also will only sleep for minutes at a clip bc they are so fussy! I feel like i have tried everything...including just starting them on cereal and they are still doing the same thing any advice??
