My eitheen months old baby is refusing to eat solid foods like porridge, she cant even bother to open her mout?

if we say that she has eaten then its milk,juice or yoghurt and her weight is 8kgs. she was diagnised with a hole in the heart that needs surgery can this be a contributing factor?
