I cant afford rent where im at im so used to working and paying my own way but......?

I got accepted for these low income apartments they are nice they look like they are worth alot of money but they are like 20 min from where im at and to remind yu its not many stores down there jus piggly wiggly dollar eneral family dollar n a few eatin places i dont have a car should i move down there anyway since i will hav a car febuary? will it teach me patience since there is hardly no stores down there?once i get a car i can come back up this way an go to walmart n bigger places but where im movin is low income n i need some where to stay
