Christians: Why can't you answer a simple question?
Because we now live under grace. The Ten Commandments written by God on stone does not say to kill. It say the opposite. "Thou shall not kill". The commandment your talking about I think is a commandment written by Moses which was nailed to the cross. We are allowed to do good on the Sabbath day. What God is telling us in "REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY, TO KEEP IT HOLY: SIX DAYS SHALT THOU LABOUR, AND DO ALL THY WORK: BUT THE SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH OF THE LORD THY GOD: IN IT THOU SHALT NOT DO ANY WORK, THOU, NOR THY SON, NOR THY DAUGHTER, THY MANSERVANT, NOR THY MAIDSERVANT, NOR THY CATTLE, NOR THY STRANGER THAT IS WITHIN THY GATES: FOR IN SIX DAYS THE LORD MADE THE HEAVEN AND EARTH, THE SEA, AND ALL THAT IS IN THEM IS, AND RESTED THE SEVENTH DAY; WHEREFORE, THE LORD BLESSED THE SABBATH DAY AND HOLLOWED IT." REVELATION 20: 8,9,10,11. God is the one who chose the seventh day. He says to call his day a delight. The God I obey, does not command me to kill. He commands me to love. When you love Jesus, you want to please him.
