Bleeding my 83 Goldwing brakes?

I have new rebuilt calipers and master brake cylinder. The front left brake caliper is independent of the other two. I bleed and bleed the (foot pedal ) brakes and cannot seem to get the calipers to actuate. I already paid the shop 750 dollars for the component rebuilds,what should I do? I am desperate and broke now.
