Organizational tips for mom and kids?

I am not a very organized mom, but both of my kids will be in school this year I have a 10yr old and 4yr old who will be starting HeadStart so I need some tips on making a schedule and ideas on how to stick to it...from ironing clothes, washing clothes, homework schedule, things of that sort. Thanx in advance
